We've already stayed there.

Our hotels run from London, at 51.54° north, to Tierra Patagonia, at 51.05° south. Almost the same distance either side of the equator. In between are 104 hotels in 23 countries, and one of us has stayed in each.

Two advisors, one in Mumbai and one in Toronto. We plan trips to the places we know first-hand, down to the wing, the room and the month, and we book at the hotel's own rate with the extras that come from booking through us.

Two seasons in one region: ski in Zermatt in winter, lakes and walking in the Dolomites in summer.

Bilbao and San Sebastián in one trip: the Guggenheim at one end, the best eating in Spain at the other.

Split the stay between the two cities. They're a little over an hour apart by road, and each deserves its own nights.

The Balearic island for people who don't want Ibiza. Coves you walk to, a slower pace, and some remarkable small hotels.

Tokyo and Osaka, under three hours apart by bullet train with Kyoto between them, and very different in how they eat, shop and stay up late.

Avoid Golden Week, from late April to early May, and mid-August. That's when the whole country travels.

Two cities under an hour apart that feel like different countries: Jerusalem for history, Tel Aviv for the beach and the food.

Plan around Shabbat. In Jerusalem much closes from Friday afternoon to Saturday evening, so that's the moment to move to Tel Aviv.

    Oman & Jordan

    Oman · Jordan · Sid

Coast, mountains and desert, and some of the most generous hospitality anywhere, without the crowds of the better-known Gulf stops.

In Oman, pair the coast with the mountains: Al Bustan Palace on the sea, then Anantara at about 2,000 metres, where it's markedly cooler.

The overwater trip everyone imagines, where the real decisions are the atoll, the transfer and which side of the island your villa faces.

Seaplanes fly in daylight only. A late arrival into Malé can mean a night in transit, so the flight decides the resort as much as the brochure does.

    Two coasts, at least

An island where each coast is a different holiday, so the real decision is which two to split the stay between.

    • Stay on at least two coasts, and split the time by the holiday you want.
    • East: the calm coast, with the high-end resorts, sandy beaches and golf.
    • West: water sports, dolphin watching and the sunsets. North: lively beaches, boat trips and safe swimming. South: cliffs and big waves, for walking and nature rather than swimming.

Same rate. Different arrival.

Booking through us never costs more than the hotel's own published rate. We're paid by the hotel, not by you. What changes is what arrives with the booking.

  1. Daily breakfast for two
  2. A property or dining credit at many hotels
  3. A room upgrade at check-in, when one is available
  4. Early check-in and late check-out where the hotel allows it
  5. A note from us to the hotel before you arrive

Benefits vary by hotel, rate and season. We confirm yours in writing before you pay anything, and we never quote a perk we haven't checked for your dates.

Three conversations, then a trip you don't have to manage.

  1. The call

Twenty free minutes on where you're going, who's coming and what went wrong on the last trip. We'll tell you plainly whether we can improve on what you'd book yourself.

  2. The proposal

One or two routings with named hotels, the specific room category and the benefits attached to each. You choose; we hold space while you decide.

  3. The trip

Every booking confirmed in writing, every hotel told who you are, and one of us reachable while you travel.

Free

The first call is free

The 20-minute intro call costs nothing. If you go ahead, the planning consultation is USD 100, credited back in full when you book USD 2,000 or more in hotels with us on that trip. Hotels are booked at their own published rates.

Two advisors and an inspector.

Harsh or Sid plans your trip, and you'll always know which one you have. Krishika checks the hotels.
