Who we are

The Passport Collective is a private travel practice run by Harsh Malhotra and Sid Iyer, independent travel advisors affiliated with Fora Travel. Bookings we make for you are made through Fora, which has its own privacy policy.

What we collect

Only what you send us: when you fill in the inquiry form, the details you enter (your name, email, optional phone number and your trip plans). When you book a call, Google Calendar collects your name and email so the call can be scheduled.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, plan your trip and, if you go ahead, make bookings on your behalf. We share your details with hotels and suppliers only as needed for a booking you've asked for. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and copied to our email. Call bookings are kept in Google Calendar. The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Use the inquiry form, or mention it on a call, and we'll deal with it within a few days.
